We were proudly named The Federation of Master Builders Central Building Company of the Year 2023.

Like most building firms, C Wood & Son Ltd faced significant challenges in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic and associated lockdowns. The judging panel were impressed with our directors’ decision to grant our employees significant pay rises to reward us for 20 years of loyal service and absorbed the additional expenses without passing them on to clients.

After our Central Awards win, a small handful of the team were invited down to the National Awards in London for the final of the Federation Master Builder Awards 2023. Unfortunately, we didn’t come home with the win but it was great to see so many companies from across the UK celebrate each others success, look back on their project and make some new connections. d significant challenges in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic and associated lockdowns. C Wood and Son Luton Ltd offer help and support to its community through work as well as sponsors. With a few previous local sponsors under the belt, the firm couldn’t be prouder of its community. We have previously sponsored local football teams and young boxers from Luton.

As of September 2022, we are the proud sponsors of Stopsley United Jaguars Under 12s. We have agreed to sponsor the team for the next two seasons and even have our own trophy for the team! The Man of the Match trophy is sponsored by us and will be passed to each young MOTM every week.
