I would like to tell your company how much my wife and myself are pleased with the way your work force repaired the damp problem we were suffering with, in our kitchen. The workmen arrived early, got straight to work, no chit chat, they talked, planned then got on with it with true professionalism which one rarely sees these days. It was a pleasure to try and get them to stop and drink a cup of tea, there was never any swearing and never anything the men would not do. They tidied up when they were finished, and cleared all debris, tools and ensured there was nothing out of place.
