Gary from the builders who came round to check on the work prior to start date was most polite, helpful and very professional. I have to say that the guys from C Wood & Son who came to do the work were very professional and polite. I was not there during the day as I was at work but my mum was there. She was most impressed with them, so polite. She is partially disabled and they needed to go upstairs to the bathroom for checks which needed to be done. She had to go up twice and they were really patient with her as it takes her quite a while to get up the stairs
